Job Description
At Five Below, our Merchandise Manager is responsible for overseeing the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock, managing displays, and driving store sales. They also oversee daily activities of associates, support onboarding and training, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • College experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
