Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO) is seeking a part-time Merchandise Seller to provide exceptional customer service while selling merchandise at concerts at Heinz Hall. The position involves handling cash, credit cards, merchandise count, and providing excellent customer support, with a focus on understanding product offerings and concert details.

Requirements

  • Handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Counting in and out of merchandise and cash.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patrons.
  • Understanding of the products that are on sale.
  • Ability to answer questions from patrons.
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or with others.
  • Ability to work irregular hours.
  • Available to work 15-25 hours per month.
