Role OverviewThe Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores across Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast's territory. What You Will Do
Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores. Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs. Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
- Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements
