Job Description
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that the pro-shop and retail areas are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized to meet the needs of members and guests. This position maintains inventory, assists with product displays, and supports the overall merchandising strategy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail merchandising or sales experience in a golf, sports, or luxury environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and visual presentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise (up to 100 lbs.) and work on feet for extended periods.
