Merchandiser

The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores across Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast's territory. This role offers the opportunity to represent one of the world's most recognized brands and contribute to the success of our business. The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability are stocked and maintained with proper product levels.

What You Will Do

Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores. This includes stocking shelves, rotating products, building displays, and ensuring product freshness. Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid Driver License
• Vehicle with insurance within company guidelines
• 18+ years old
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks
• Ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
