Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will perform merchandising activities, such as product rotation, stocking of product, display presentation, and construct displays requested by the sales team or retail customers.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of the Merchandiser include assisting the sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers, performing merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory, and ensuring all company products are properly displayed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience with beverage product sales or in the hospitality industry, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry (preferred)
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management (preferred)
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required (preferred)
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills (preferred)
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments (preferred)
