Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Merchandiser to support the execution of seasonal assortments and day-to-day merchandising operations. This role is ideal for a true “doer” — someone who takes ownership, follows through, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of strong merchandising experience (apparel required)
  • Prior experience supporting or working with Nordstrom is highly preferred
  • Comfortable focusing exclusively on Men’s
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of details independently
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through without constant direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to multitask effectively
