Role OverviewThe Merchandising Assistant Store Manager leads a team of associates to ensure customers receive exceptional service in a clean, safe, well-stocked store. They are accountable for achieving sales and margin goals while driving operational efficiencies.
What You Will Do
Anticipate customer flow, plan for sales spikes, conduct safety walks, and coach associates on safe work practices. Lead a team to ensure proper coverage and in-stock position.
