Role OverviewAs a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you will be a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, delivering a great shopping experience in every Lowe's store. You will build eye-catching displays and implement strategies that showcase in-demand products.
What You Will Do
You will ensure our store's signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. You may be expected to engage with customers, listen to their questions, and answer them.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be expected to analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. You will also be required to complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications.
Requirements
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
- Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
