Role OverviewThe Merchandising Specialist is responsible for restocking shelves and cold boxes with Red Bull products in grocery and mass accounts. This includes ensuring products are properly rotated, front-facing, and merchandised to company standards for maximum visibility and availability. The role involves building strong relationships with store personnel to provide exceptional customer service and training third-party merchandisers to ensure consistent execution.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring shelves and cold boxes are fully stocked, maintaining adequate backstock levels, delivering and installing cold equipment, submitting task completion surveys, building relationships with store personnel, and collaborating with third-party merchandisers.
