What You Will Do
Represent buyers, sellers, sponsors, and financial advisers in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Draft and negotiate complex M&A, equity, acquisition, and related transaction documents.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of M&A experience at a leading law firm.
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating complex M&A and private equity transaction documents.
- Experience serving as a key member of deal teams, with responsibility for significant portions of transactions from due diligence through closing.
- Strong understanding of corporate transactions and related legal and commercial considerations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced transactional practice.
Benefits
