What You Will Do
Represent public and private companies in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions, review financial statements, contracts, and other materials, draft and negotiate merger agreements, and oversee due diligence processes.

Requirements

- J.D. from an accredited law school

- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Excellent analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines
- Proficiency in using AI technologies responsibly and ethically

Benefits
- Salary range: $260,000–$390,000 annually
