The Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate group in Wilmington represents clients in a broad range of sophisticated transactional and corporate matters, seeking an associate attorney with approximately 4–6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactional work.

Requirements

  • M&A transactions and broader corporate deal work
  • Private equity investments, joint ventures, and recapitalizations
  • Delaware corporate law issues, including fiduciary duties and governance matters
