Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
• 5–7 years of corporate transactional experience with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and client service abilities
