Job Description
The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful delivery of mining study projects at Worley. This role manages all phases of project execution, ensures technical excellence, safety, and financial performance, and drives study quality, fosters strong client relationships, and builds high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, productivity, and budget.
  • Champion a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across all project activities.
  • Provide technical direction across engineering, procurement, and project delivery functions.
  • Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • Act as the primary interface for project communications, progress updates, and issue resolution.
