Job Description
We're looking for a mid-level Messaging & Cloud Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the design, administration, and support of our cloud messaging and collaboration platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.

Requirements

  • Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, and other related M365 messaging services
  • Manage Microsoft Defender and other email security and hygiene tools, including filtering, DLP policies, and mail flow rules
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and directory synchronization (Entra Connect)
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with IT teams across Security, Systems, Applications, and Help Desk to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in project work including platform migrations, security improvements, and new service rollouts
  • Collaborate with vendors like Microsoft on escalated support issues
  • Document configurations, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
