Role OverviewThe Fabrication Manager is responsible for leading all fabrication operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
What You Will Do
Direct daily fabrication activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements, manage manpower, equipment, and material flow, and ensure proper maintenance and utilization of fabrication equipment and tooling.

Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of fabrication or manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Experience with structural steel fabrication operations required
- Experience managing beam line equipment and material processing systems preferred
- Experience with robotic welding systems, programming, and automation technologies required
- Experience in precast concrete manufacturing is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
