Job Description
Gray Media is seeking an experienced meteorologist to join Northeast Ohio's top-rated First Alert weather team at WOIO in Cleveland, Ohio. The candidate must be able to create clear and compelling weather forecasts for all on-air and online platforms. The ability to work well with others is paramount.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in meteorology
  • Prior experience as a broadcast meteorologist
  • Strong on-air communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of an on-air team and part of a weather team
  • Ability to be creative with graphic design and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast weather
  • Proficient in social media platforms
  • Valid driver's license
