Role OverviewThe San Antonio District is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Metro Advanced Transportation Planning Director, responsible for guiding transportation investments in one of the nation's fastest growing metropolitan regions. This position provides strategic leadership for metropolitan transportation programming, funding development, and management of the district's Unified Transportation Program (UTP) portfolio.
What You Will Do
Develop funding strategies and oversee transportation programming for mobility, freight, safety, and system preservation projects. Manage the district's UTP portfolio, ensuring projects remain aligned with regional priorities, funding requirements, schedules, and fiscal constraints.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation planning, public transportation, engineering
- 5 years of experience in Transportation planning
- Must have three (3) years supervisory/managerial experience
