Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or similar roles
- Proven experience generating new businesses and closing commercial opportunities
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complete sales cycles
- Highly proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
- Minimum level of English B2
- Fluent Spanish is essential
- Experience in SaaS, e-learning, HR Tech, or services will be a plus
