Requirements

• Develops operation manuals
• Examines and understands supplied specifications
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Assists with checking design and details for proper functionality
• Performs all required maintenance of automation programs
• Aids in the development of automation and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoots electrical problems using electrical schematics, programs and meters
• Intermediate understanding of electrical circuits, conduit routing and wiring, electrical panel design, pneumatic design, hydraulic design, PLC's, HMI's, robot programming, VFD's, servo application's, visual inspections systems, measurement sensors, and device communication networks
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to meet deadlines without endangering safety or equipment integrity
• Ability to consider project facets and assemble a plan to demonstrate time and resources required
• Ability to interact professionally and maintain a positive working relationship
