Role OverviewThe Manager, Global Health, Welfare & Wellbeing is a key member of the Global Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for supporting the design, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide health, welfare, and wellbeing strategies that enable a healthy, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
What You Will Do
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global health, welfare, and wellbeing programs aligned with company strategy. Support the governance framework for global health, welfare, and wellbeing offerings, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in global benefits, health and welfare, wellbeing, compensation and benefits, or related HR disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or managing health and welfare benefit programs across multiple countries or regions.
- Knowledge of global benefits governance, policy development, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience working with external consultants, brokers, carriers, and benefit administration vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex benefits data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across diverse global teams.
