Job Description
The Manufacturing Manager directs the development and implementation of activities in the Production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives, cross-matrixed globally. This role focuses on maximizing productivity, ensuring high standards, and supporting the future of manufacturing by balancing strategic thinking with execution.
Requirements
Experience with Lean manufacturing and Kanban.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of Manufacturing or Operations management experience.
Ability to manage complex processes and projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with forecasting and acquisition of capital equipment.
Basic understanding of design principles and processes.
