Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our O45 Maintenance Planning Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of full-time employees and leased labor. The team is responsible for managing, planning, and executing yard-wide multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements

Oversee and manage a team of full-time employees and leased labor
Develop and implement comprehensive project planning strategies
Coordinate and collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and external vendors
Monitor and evaluate project progress
Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure that all maintenance planning activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies
