Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Manager of Patient Flow to provide operational and clinical leadership to the Patient Flow Team. The Manager will be responsible for hospital-wide bed utilization, surge communication, capacity planning, and the execution of strategies to minimize boarding, improve throughput, and optimize timely discharges across all admission portals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of general nursing experience
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • RN) REGISTERED NURSE by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas
