Role OverviewThe Mgr Training - Energy Supply will manage Energy Supply wide work force development program, including craft skills training, professional and leadership development, human performance initiatives and operations and maintenance procedure development, governance and compliance.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of craft skills, technical, and operational training and assessments for all Energy Supply operating areas.

The successful applicant will be required to take and pass a Baseline Medical Examination as part of the pre-employment screening once an offer has been accepted.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college/university
- 8 years of experience Training, Leadership Development, and/or Education
- 3 years of experience in procedure and/or training development roles
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
- Project management expertise
- Ability to work with all levels of Energy Supply management
