Job Description
The Portfolio Manager works to support the revenue generation for Relationship Managers and Market Presidents for the Manufactured Housing Communities division within the Specialty Lending Group by driving the profitability of FirstBank's loan portfolios through expert credit skill and knowledge.
Requirements
Primarily performs underwriting (financial analysis) and writes Credit Loan Approval Packages
Conducts on-going portfolio management through Annual Credit Reviews
Analyzes New/Renewal/Restructuring existing deals (ranging from $1MM - $10MM)
Identifies credit financial risks on proposed structure and helps mitigate issues/risks
