Role OverviewAs an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the ground operation of the aircraft, ensuring operational safety, risk management, resource coordination, and compliance with procedures and service standards.
What You Will Do
Specific functions include ensuring the availability of personnel and equipment, verifying the assigned position for flight attention, executing briefings, and verifying the 360° check of the aircraft.

Requirements
- Academic formation: Technician (Airport ramp operations, airport operations, aerial operations, aircraft dispatch, logistics, or related areas)
- At least 1 year of experience in airport ramp operations or related areas
- Desirable, not dismissable: Experience in auditing or operational quality control
