Job Description
Monitor and report finished product bacteria levels, oversee preoperational inspections, and ensure company guidelines and specifications are met.

Requirements

  • Microbiological analysis on product, water samples, and environmental swabs
  • Lead and conduct oven comparisons
  • Prepare and communicate result reports
  • Manage calibration program for QA lab equipment
  • Monitor lab inventories and prepare order forms
  • Manage QA inventory for Micro, QA, and Cutting lab
  • Perform internal glass/brittle plastic inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
