Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Services Consultant to lead the design, support, security, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
What You Will Do
You'll work across technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender.

Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, or consulting.
- Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale and regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, identity, and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on PowerShell experience for automation and administration.
- Experience managing major incidents, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
