Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Lead

Requirements

• Leading functional design and implementation across General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Intercompany/Interagency, Procurement and Sourcing, and financial and operational reporting
• Working directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
• Facilitating business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
• Translating business requirements into actionable functional designs and system configurations
• Guiding the solution through the full Dynamics 365 Finance lifecycle, including configuration, integration support, testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
• Collaborating closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and security considerations
• Leveraging Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps to manage delivery artifacts, issues, risks, and quality
• Identifying and clearly communicating risks, findings, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Ensuring solution quality, data integrity, and compliance with federal accounting standards and IL5 requirements
• Providing functional leadership and mentoring to team members while maintaining delivery standards and best practices
