This role is responsible for the evolution and daily management of Microsoft Dynamics Sales Hub and Business Central, providing strategic solutions through software configuration and customization, and supporting users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with Dynamics CRM and Business Central.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in related technical environment
  • Strong foundation of technical knowledge, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, databases, system integrations, software development methodologies, and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communications
  • Superior time management skills, including sense of urgency and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time
