Microsoft Teams Engineer Senior

Join USAA's Collaboration and Productivity Operations Engineering Team, supporting the enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms relied upon by the entire association. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility enterprise initiatives, influence the employee experience at scale, and partner with stakeholders across USAA to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative collaboration solutions.

What You Will Do

Independently designs scalable IT system infrastructure, provides oversight and priority for system change, and automates service delivery and maintenance tasks; provides direction and priority for monitoring and tooling activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
• 6 years of infrastructure experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding within a specific discipline(s)/technology(s)
• 4 years of experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining infrastructure and individual system components
• Advanced level of business acumen in the areas of business operations, risk management, industry practices, and emerging trends
• Knowledge and proficient understanding of designing scalable IT system infrastructures, implementing system changes, or automating service delivery and maintenance tasks
• Demonstrated experience working with cloud technologies and tools
• 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment
• Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate or other Microsoft 365 certifications
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Teams deployments, migrations, and feature rollouts
• Experience partnering with Microsoft, vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive solutions and resolve issues
