Role OverviewAs Manager of Microtransit & Innovative Mobility, you will work alongside the Vice President of Microtransit to grow MV's business, primarily in the microtransit space, but also across areas where on-demand services intersect with other mobility solutions.
What You Will Do
Generate new business leads, work with existing clients, develop and implement turnkey mobility solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and growth across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in public transportation and/or transportation technology, with experience in Microtransit essential
- Proven ability to execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with government agencies and other regulatory bodies
- Strong understanding of technology and how it can be used to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Experience deploying new service models with major technology components
