Role OverviewThe Business Class Leader (BCL) is a professional that is well-versed in all aspects of Business Class (BC) services for pump stations and pipeline projects. The position will plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of large-scale multi-discipline and multi-benefit projects with a high degree of technical complexity.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of the Pump Station and Pipelines BCL include providing leadership with technical capabilities, delivering focus of technical skills, integrating national BC initiatives into local area operations, and maintaining appropriate QA/QC procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 10 years of experience
- Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
- Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers on business class efforts
