Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an employment law attorney
- Experience in counseling clients
- Experience in litigating wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts
- Experience in responding to administrative charges
- Familiarity with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
- Experience in policy development
- Experience in compliance training
- Experience in managing pre-litigation disputes
- Experience with preparing responsive pleadings
- Experience in engaging in motion practice
- Experience in responding to discovery
- Strong academic background
- Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills
