Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to work with our federal client. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing business rules, analyzing investigation and adjudication data, and conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The role requires a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on identifying bottlenecks and developing actionable recommendations. The Data Analyst will work on-site in Crystal City, VA, and must possess a Secret security clearance/eligibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing business rules, analyzing investigation and adjudication data, conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis, and developing actionable recommendations to modify eVetting business rules.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person/Citizen
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field is required
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with predictive risk modeling and network analysis is highly desired
- Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance/eligibility (favorably adjudicated T3 or T3R)
