Role OverviewJoin INNOVIM's dynamic team as a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. You will design, implement, and maintain complex systems that integrate seamlessly with our Government Customer's infrastructure. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and reliable DevSecOps solutions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems, overseeing migration to cloud and containerization, providing expertise in container hardening, developing and modifying scalable architecture, and collaborating with software developers and network engineers.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience, a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and containerization technologies, and a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (ie Security+).
Requirements
- 12+ years of general (full-time) work experience
- 6+ years of directly related experience in system integration, with a focus on DevSecOps practices or Kubernetes
- 1+ years of experience working in a management or leadership role
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with Coder Platform
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (ie Security+)
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
