What You Will Do
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties, diagnoses standard mechanical and electronic problems, and replaces defective components as instructed. Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine the nature of a complaint once assigned a task.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical certification
- Basic tools
- Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A
- Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check
