Boeing Defense, Space & Security
(BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a
Mid-Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist
(Level 3) to join the team in
Saint Charles, MO .
Looking for a motivated individual for the
Direct Attack
production programs. This includes production for
Joint Direct Attack Munition
(JDAM),
Small Diameter Bomb
(SDB), and
Massive Ordnance Penetrator
(MOP)
Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and production requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving production variables, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program in a high rate production environment.
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and production objectives.
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all production control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ year of experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
1+ year of experience with MRP and shop scheduling
1+ year of experience working with aircraft and/or weapons IPTs, production operations, and supply chain stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports
Experience with cross functional team supporting DoD contracts
Experience and/or training on FAR and DFARS compliance
Experience with Material Management Accounting Systems (MMAS), including Master Production Scheduling (MPS) 95% accuracy

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
