Role OverviewFenwick is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized, dynamic litigation practice. We're currently seeking mid-level litigation associates with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.
What You Will Do
We handle critical disputes for innovative companies, from startups to the Fortune 50, and work collaboratively across our offices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. The candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation
