Mid-Level Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney

We are looking for a Mid-Level Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join a small but growing practice group at a well-established Silicon Valley law firm.

What You Will Do

Handling substantive trust and estate litigation matters, representing trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in probate litigation, collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy, briefing, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of trust and estate litigation experience
