Job Description
Connecteam is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Team Lead to manage and grow a team of Account Executives focused on Mid-Market & Enterprise customers. The successful candidate will coach reps through complex sales cycles, drive pipeline generation and conversion, and help scale a high-performing sales culture in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
  • Improve sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
  • Coach reps on discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent
  • Analyze KPIs and optimize team performance in a high-growth SaaS environment
