Role OverviewThe IT Applications team is seeking an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Business Analyst to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams for PLM initiatives. This role will drive requirements gathering, business process transformation, solution design, and successful implementation of Teamcenter across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations functions.
What You Will Do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Teamcenter. Lead workshops, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder discussions with global teams.

Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support data migration, mapping, validation, and business rules. Define reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for engineering and operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
