Role OverviewWHIN Music Community Charter School is a unique school that combines rigorous academic instruction with intensive music education. The Middle School ENL Teacher is responsible for creating an inclusive classroom culture, providing integrated instruction, and developing high-quality lesson plans. The teacher will also assess students' ELL status, analyze data, and differentiate instruction to drive academic outcomes. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and support colleagues in their understanding and work with ENL students.
What You Will Do
The Middle School ENL Teacher will be responsible for creating and maintaining a fun, engaging, and inclusive classroom culture, providing integrated instruction, developing and implementing high-quality lesson plans, assessing students' ELL status, and driving academic outcomes for all students.

Requirements
- NYS or equivalent ELL, TESOL, or ESL Teaching Certification
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English minimum)
- Urban elementary teaching experience
