Role OverviewThe Middle School Special Education Teacher develops and implements individualized academic and behavioral programs for assigned students in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on creating a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment that meets the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of middle school students.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction, and differentiate instruction based on students' learning styles and abilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Provisional Certificate in Special Education at the appropriate middle school level or content area
- Experience working with students in special education or a related setting preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and differentiated instructional strategies
- Ability to support students with emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
- Strong classroom and behavior-management skills
