Role OverviewPlans and provides for appropriate classroom learning experiences for students. Responsible for supervising students, monitoring and evaluating student outcomes, and communicating with students, parents, staff, and the community. Develops and implements instructional plans and materials to meet the needs of all students.
What You Will Do
Utilizes assessment strategies to assist in the continuous development of the learner. Ensures effective communication techniques with students, parents, and stakeholders. Engages in continuous professional quality improvement. Implements classroom instructional strategies and materials that reflect each student's culture, learning styles, special needs, and socio-economic background.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education with appropriate subject area
- Hold or be qualified to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator's License in a teaching content area
