Role OverviewPlans and provides for appropriate classroom learning experiences for students, creating an atmosphere conducive to intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development. Develops and implements instructional plans and materials to meet the needs of all students.

Utilize assessment strategies, communicate effectively with students and stakeholders, and engage in continuous professional quality improvement. Implement classroom instructional strategies and materials that reflect each student's culture, learning styles, and socio-economic background.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education with appropriate subject area
- Hold or be qualified to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator's License in a teaching content area
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
