Role OverviewPlans and provides for appropriate classroom learning experiences for students, creating an atmosphere conducive to intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development. Develops and implements instructional plans and materials to meet the needs of all students. Responsible for supervising students, monitoring outcomes, and communicating with students, parents, staff, and the community.

Utilize assessment strategies to develop learners, engage in continuous professional quality improvement, and implement classroom instructional strategies that reflect each student's culture, learning styles, and socio-economic background.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education with appropriate subject area

- Extensive knowledge of curriculum and techniques for integrating curriculum, policies, and effective classroom instructional practices
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strategic problem-solving skills, including the use of multiple data points
