Role OverviewThe Milieu Supervisor is responsible for providing trauma-informed milieu leadership and mentorship in the treatment guidance plans through effective communication, organization, and planning of the daily operations of the program and assigned unit.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include trauma-informed program support, documentation and treatment planning, admissions and client services, staff supervision and leadership, and policy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience working in a related industry, and a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
